Appraisal of net profit value, hotel project Prague
A plausibility study for a hotel project in the city center of Prague including two project alternatives (lifestyle hotel and 5*Plus hotel) was conducted:
- including an analysis of the location, market analysis and a projcet concept
- as well as an analysis of the critical factors of sucess (location factors, category and number of rooms, room yield, P&L adjusted GOP).
The concluding main part was an appraisal of the net profit value based on the discounted cash-flow method.
